Modernization Process

Establish Objectives: We will work with you to identify the benefits you can expect from modernizing your elevator. Objectives/benefits typically include some or all of the following:

Determine Scope of Work: We will conduct a site survey and evaluate the condition of the existing equipment. The results of the field survey are then compared to your objectives.

Capital Budget: We will assist you with formulating capital budget.

Sales Presentation/Proposal: We draft a detailed project proposal and consult you on the steps needed to complete a successful project.

Execution: Our Project Management Team will provide coordination and help guide you through the project.
